Unbridled Spirit focuses solely on the state of the nervous system within the spine. We offer Upper Cervical and Tonal chiropractic care to ensure that the patient's brain is properly communicating with their body thus fully expressing health. We utilize objective measures before and after each adjustment, as well as listening to what your body is telling us to determine what course of action is necessary overall and from visit to visit.

Dr. Alexis Varady DC, CD, CPD, CBC, CPNE

Dr. Alexis is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a strong focus on pregnancy and pediatric care. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2016 from the University of Pikeville and went on to obtain a Doctorate in Chiropractic at Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2020. Dr. Alexis is certified by the ICPA in Webster Technique for expecting mothers. With a focus on pediatric and prenatal/perinatal care, her goal is to serve entire families.  Dr. Alexis is a Certified Birth Doula, Certified Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Breastfeeding Counselor, and Perinatal Nutrition Educator and currently finishing her certification as a Lactation Consultant.

Dr. Blaise Varady DC

Dr. Blaise is a Doctor of Chiropractic focused on Upper Cervical care. He is trained and certified in Knee Chest Upper Cervical Technique, Torque Release Technique, and Talsky Tonal Chiropractic Model. Dr. Blaise found his passion for chiropractic in the realization of its benefit on mental health. Since finding his passion for mental health, he has made it his goal to spread hope to those that suffer in the community of Richmond.
